When you make a booking enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or text — we collect the details you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, the date and time of your journey, your choice of car, and any notes relevant to your trip (such as a flight number or number of passengers). We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to quote for, arrange and carry out the journey you have requested, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of the trip for our own operational and legal purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Booking form and WhatsApp
The booking form on our website does not send your details to any third-party server. When you complete it and tap to send, it simply opens WhatsApp with your journey details ready in a message that you send to us directly. If you contact us through WhatsApp, by call or by text, your message is handled in line with the relevant provider's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide our service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
