About these terms
These terms apply to bookings made with BA Luxe Trading Ltd, trading as BA Luxe ("we", "us", "our"), a private hire operator licensed by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council (Operator Licence TX(OP) O61). By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Bookings and quotes
All journeys are pre-booked. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to accept it and provided a price. Prices are quoted as fixed, all-inclusive fares agreed before you travel; we do not use a meter. A quote is based on the journey details you give us, and may be revised if those details change materially (for example, a different destination, additional stops or extra waiting time).
Airport and cruise transfers
For airport pickups we monitor your flight where a flight number is provided and adjust the pickup time accordingly. A reasonable period of waiting time is included; extended delays beyond this may incur a waiting charge, which we will always make clear to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations made at short notice, or a no-show at the agreed pickup, may be subject to a charge to cover costs already incurred.
Your conduct and our vehicle
We ask that passengers treat our vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Eating is not permitted in the vehicle, and any soiling or damage caused by a passenger may be charged for. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to decline or end a journey where a passenger behaves unsafely or unlawfully.
Luggage and passengers
Please tell us the number of passengers and items of luggage when booking so we can confirm the vehicle is suitable. We carry passengers and luggage up to the safe capacity of the vehicle.
Liability
We carry appropriate private hire (hire and reward) insurance. While we take every care to be punctual, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or road closures. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept card payments and other methods as confirmed at the time of booking.
