We use your information solely to quote for, arrange and carry out the journey you have requested, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of the trip for our own operational and legal purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Booking form and hosting
Booking enquiries submitted through the form on our website are processed by our website host, Netlify, which delivers the enquiry to us by email. Netlify processes this data on our behalf in order to transmit your enquiry. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled in line with WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide our service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
